BGVA is getting a permanent home

BGVA will be moving into a new, permanent location. The new building will be located on Prairie High School's campus, on the corner lot across the street from Winco. Construction is paid for with impact fees.

Timeline: Construction began in August 2025 and is estimated to be completed in 2026, barring unforeseen delays or changes.

Funding: BGVA's new building will be paid for with impact fees. Impact fees are paid by developers and new home owners. They are generated from new construction within the school district's boundaries and are restricted, meaning they can be used for only capital projects as outlined in the approved capital facilities plan.
